The Holiday Season has begun. Many of us have returned from a Thanksgiving Dinner with friends and family. Even in these tough times we all have something to be thankful for, family, friends and Minis! 

I am very thankful for the way all of you came through for the “Great NAME Region M1 Miniaturia Children’s Sales Table”. Your donations enabled us to post more than $600.00 to the NAME M1 Communications Fund. A special thank you to Linda Clark, Elizabeth Ullman, Fran Arthur, Mary- Anna McNeal, and Grace Hayford for all their help. Thank you to Kim Appleby for allowing us to stage this event during Miniaturia. 

We will be doing the same thing next year so if you clean up and out please remember the M1 sale in November. New and exciting things will be available for kids then. 

We are also trying to raise some extra funds to make our M1 Regional Houseparty in Rochester, New York extra special. Please see the info on this page. 

Please note that now is the time to renew your membership if due, plan your mini club activities for next year and have a lot of fun with your minis. The NAME Convention, Houseparty will be in Seattle Washington in July. Registration is not far in the future. I am so anxious to go… I love the area and I know with a wonderful committee like this, things  will be hopping! Hope to see you there. Clubs please review your rosters and see who is up for membership renewal. We need all of us to make M 1 a great experience. It is time to think about reports, monies collected and whatever you and your club does during the summer mini break. Nominations for Awards and Honors soon need to be made.
